Sex for rent: 63yo solicits sex from a 17yo

Lin, 63, sublet his extra room to a seventeen-year-old girl for free--just as long as the young lady agrees to become a half-baby prostitute for him.

According to investigations, Lin is a taxi driver. Last year, he rented an apartment in Keelung but had one extra spare room. So last May, he decided to sublet it to a seventeen-year-old girl for $2,500 NTD, plus electricity and water.

But after six months, Lin decided to sign a "sex contract" with the young lady and cut the rent all together. The contract stated that as long as the young woman agreed to a variety of sexual interactions, she was exempt from paying that month's rent. Moreover, daily meals would also be provided.

The teenage thought the deal was pretty "sweet," since she didn't have to worry about food, and the contract stated that she would also be paid $2,000 NTD every half hour. And there wouldn't be any actual kissing and intercourse--just touching the lower part of the body and kissing on the neck. So she gladly signed the contract with the old man.

The old man had fingered and had performed oral sex on the teenager about six times in three months. However, in March, the old man's sex drive went overboard and he wanted more. So one day, at the break of dawn, Lin took the keys and sneaked into the teenager's room in only his underpants.

He covered the girl's mouth and told her, "call the police if you'd like, I'mma do you tonight anyway!"
