Flying fish eggs with kimchi...YUM!

Even though Lin Ming Han, 27, went to school for Computer Science, but he has always wanted to open his restaurant. And now, he has his own online kimchi shop--and it is quite popular, too, due to the fact that Lin has added flying fish eggs to his recipe.

Food has always been Lin's passion; and so after military, Lin decided to go after his dream and started working for Japanese restaurants. Two years ago, when he started selling kimchi online, he was overwhelmed by the public's zealous response. Lin's project is a one person operation and so ever since the orders started to pick up, everyday he has to work until dawn.

Lin says that he now makes 300 to 500 bottles a month of Flying Fish Eggs Kimchi, and that brings in $40,000 to $60,000 NTD.

With so much enthusiasm over a bottle of kimchi--I now want to try too!
